Winter Trip 2011. 1st Day: Cardiff Central & Cardiff Castle

Peace Be Upon You...

Cardiff was my first stop in the winter strip this year 2011.  I started the journey very early in the morning as the train from Plymouth station leaves at 5.25am off to Bristol Temple Meads station for a change before straight away arriving at Cardiff station. Upon arriving in Cardiff, my first stop was to roam around Cardiff City Center looking for some interesting tourist attractions. I stop at Cardiff Central Square where the train drop us. It is a place where it allocates shop lots and many other business places.
Cardiff Central Square is right in front of Cardiff Central train station.
Cardiff City Center
There are lots of decorative light at Cardiff Central but u won't see the beauty until night arrives
My next stop is Cardiff Castle. Entrance fee to get into the castle is at 9.50 pound with students discount in hand, it is a common price to enter any other places in the UK. The castle is huge but yet to beat the size of Warwick castle that i visited on the third day. The castle is amazing with beautiful view even though it is winter now. The bad thing about visiting places in winter is that u can't see flowers blooming or green lush trees or climbers anymore and the day got shorter, sunlight get damper and obviously it is colder and makes u feel hungry easily too. These are few pictures that i captured around the castle:

The castle located at the center of the hustle and bustle of the city itself, so it is very easy to spot it even from afar. So don't worry coz u will eventually found the grand entrance of the castle near the main road.  U will spot that every road signs or post will have Welsh translation as Cardiff is a city in Wales so everything which is in English will be translated into Welsh and weirdly only 2 percent of 2 million populations in Wales still speaks Welsh.
This is the entrance, right in front of the main road
The good I found about the castle management is that they provide a good amount of space for visitors to leave their luggage before heading to exploring the castle. Maybe they don't want us to be knocking every valuable items in the castle with our big and bulky bags i guess? heheh
Walking around those big compound of the castle sure be tiring in this kinda weather coz its cold and u easily got hungry.

There are lots of interesting rooms and sections to explore in the castle itself. I managed to visit all the places in the castle and the above picture is the library in the castle. Tersangat lah cantik perpustakaan istana dan banyak buku yang semuanya saya tak tahu apa ke bende. Detailing I see as something that they pay extra attention as kesemua tempat @ bilik yg saya masuk penuh dengan dinding yang berbunga dan siling yang penuh ukiran dan lukisan yang cantik sekali.

This is part of the castle dari sudut pandangan bertentangan dengan padang di hadapan istana. Sangat luas dan cantik sekali.

Siling dan chandeliar mewah yang mengasyikkan
Detailings on every glass window..penuh dgn pelbagai lukisan berbeza
Kesimpulannya, the visit to Cardiff Castle was awesome and i can say worth paying the the ticket. But one thing that dissappoints us, the Asian is that some places in the castle we could not take picture of to protect the copyright of the castle i guess but it is okay as there are various other beautiful rooms and sections that u can snap picture of.

Boxing Day in Plymouth

Peace Be Upon You...

Hari ni merupakan hari bertumbuk sedunia..26th December 2011. It was awesome for me as I got the opportunity menabur duit d kampung Plymouth tempat tinggal saya. Tahun lepas pon awesome jugak tp agak jauh dr rumah so agak keletihan dan agak tergesa-gesa,, so nikmat nak membazir uwang tu kurang sikit. Anyway experience boxing in Ingolstadt and Bayern Munchen was great and at par to Plymouth itself. My expectation for boxing in Plymouth was high really but it didn't really meet my wild imagination hehhe. According to my friends fromYork and Nottingham, the shop in their places usually opens at a very early hours like 6am but here they only opens at 9am so we would have more time sleeping in the morning instead of queuing at the store's entrance. Lucky for me who is really not an early bird. I started my boxing at 15 to ten bringing my other guests from Notts to explore Plymouth as well as most of them are first timer in Plymouth. I was really shocked as it was already 10am and the major shopping places in Plymouth sangatlah lengang dan boleh merewang kesana-sini dgn senang hati. Apalagi saya dan seorang lg kawan saya sebagai host bg region Plymouth bawak diorg berkejar ke Drake Circus the only shopping complex under one roof in the city. One by one shops we entered and exit with the hope utk menyambar barang2 yg benar2 murah. Biasalah peniaga mesti byk strateginya kan..ade setengah2 kedai yg sales nye sgtlah awesome sampai terbeliak biji mata kitorang tak tau nk pilih yg mane and some shop who don't have any sales word in their store..which store yg kitorang masuk tu yg xde sales terus cabut cepat2 hehehe..Last2 sekali mmg betullah jadi shop till you drop.. mmg betul drop dgn brg2 yg entah hape2 tujuan belinya and mostly baju2 yg I myself don't know when and where to wear it anyway.. Biasalah nafsu, bila tgk org beli baju bnyk2 kite pon nk jgk. In the end my poket dah rabak and I am really worry rigth now as next week I'll be spending a week in Spain and Portugal..mana nak cekau duit tu huhuh..Today I didn't take any picture mainly coz terlalu masyuk membuang duit kat kedai baju T__T

End Of Autumn Term

Peace be Upon You...

Miniature apple that caught my heart <3
I'll start writing today with the magical word 'Yeaaayyy'. My schooling for this term is over... starting tomorrow... anyway. Yes tomorrow will be the last class i attend for this term. Luckily the class will only take two hours of my precious life but it will take me sweats to stay awake in the class. What do you expect from Romantic and Gothic session isn't it? hehhe.. Pity Paul, he is a lecturer who is extremely enthusiastic in his lecture and seminar but nonetheless, not even 2 percent of the class pay attention to him anyway..sighh. Not only me who's English usage as second language feel bored to death but the locals even worse. They are the one who yawns like hell..hehehe (^_^) OK just wrap up bout the class thing and start sweatin' on what to fill the holiday with. Basically i've already have plans sealed for this winter break. A week of roaming in the UK, particularly England and Wales and i'll take a 10 days break then continue with another week in Spain and Portugal..weeehoooo. Can't wait for education thing to finish then I can have a bliss free time. Unfortunately according to forecast, there will not be white Christmas this year as snow will only likely to fall after 25th of december...nevermind i'm not the one celebrating Christmas anyway hehe.. But seriously can't wait for the snow to fall this time around. It will definitely be a wonderful time to play canon ball snow during holiday..wish to meet snow in Birmingham or maybe Cardiff..bye then. I will write a review on my holiday when i'm back ...Peace be Upon You

Dementia

Peace be Upon You...

Wednesday is a free day for me as no lectures what so ever..n Tuesday too. Basically I only got 3 days with classes and the rest are holidays yoohoo. Nothing much happening today except for cleaning the room, vacuuming carpet slps sezaman tidak d vacuum dan sbgnya. Basically the weather has been cold quite lately and i really think that its already winter. Frankly i don't have any idea when the season starts to change as the only thing i feel is the change of temperature and thats all. The exact date when autumn turn to winter nobody knows..hmmm. The north side of England has been snowing and its common to receive late snow in Devon as it is located near the sea and really is southwest of England it is.
Turning back to the title today, i've been really worried about myself lately. I experienced quite a worrisome disorder on forgetting things nowadays and just yesterday, I went to a halal butchery to buy some fresh chicken stock and accidentally left my shopping bag loads with food at the shop. Its just that i couldn't really remember what was i thinking at that time. Thank god the moment i was waiting for  the bus before heading home then i realised something just felt wrong then i remembered that i went in the store with a shopping bag but went out without one...
I am really worried right now.. that incident was not the only occurrence that happens lately but many more. I also realised that it is really hard these days to remember names...its okay with faces but not names. When I first arrived in the house, there are 4 new housemates, 3 locals and one Syrian girl and as i said i never really remember their names until its the 2nd month we stayed together. For the Syrian girl i only managed to remember her name on the last 2 days she stayed in the house before she left the house to be closer with her friend. Thats how bad i am. And another thing that bothers me a lot now is that i have difficulty with my utterance. Whenever its time for me to speaks i kinda forgot what to say and what even worse is i actually forgot some words not only in English which is my second language but also in Bahasa Malaysia. I lost for terms and sometimes when i have a very comfortable chat with my friends in Kelantanese  dialec (my favourite language of all as i was born with it), i stutter in the middle of the chat not knowing what to say next. This really drives me up the wall. Paling menyedihkan bila setiap kali baca doa, doa yg sy memang dah hafal sgt, boleh pulak start dgn doa lain pastu disudahkan dgn doa lain...sungguh la sedih. Mungkin jgk fikiran sy melayang tp entahlah. I am really afraid if I ever have dementia in such a young age..but well nobody knows that right. I've been watching this drama about a 30 years old woman having alzheimer at such a young age and it is such a sad drama...maybe i am infecting the drama virus to my mind with the story line a bit haaha. Tapi sy sgt lah risau. Mungkin sbb dah lama sgt saya x gunakan otak saya ni berfikir perkara yg serious, i mean more to educational purpose rather than thinking of something useless like tengok drama, dengar lagu pelbagia acara yg x pakai otak sgt. Memang x guna otaklah. Saya ni bukan plk org yg suka fikir byk penat2 kan otak. I think it may affect my brain cell. Bak kata wardina dlm iklan susu dumex tu, neutron neutron x bersambung kot, sbb itulah dah jd susah nak mengingat dan senang lupa sesuatu..huhuhu.

Happy Things Do Come Unexpected..

Peace be Upon You..

Peaceful place is somewhere I wish I could reside..but this is a hospital FYI heehe
Bunyi tajuknya macam benda besar aje yg telah berlaku kan?? but nahhh...x de mende pon sbnrnye. Just that when I arrived at class just now not many in the class and theres no Malaysian to be seen so I was gelabah cos theres only me with 2 other English, texted a friend and the class cancelled...Yeayyy.. got back home and start typing this thing instead of finishing assignment due tomorrow. Hmm..Happy is one thing but sorrow in a sense that midnight oil still be burning tonight. I am a person who is not a perfectionist cos i'm lazy to hell but selagi the things x siap i couldn't sleep well. Like this assignment thing everytime the due date is tomorrow, so today i might not be sleeping at all..haishh penat penat. Luckily this time I got to work myself up the wall to start working a little earlier so that i'm not sweating from head to toe the day before the due hehhee. I think this is the first time i was so much engrossed in the topic i write and it is actually a fun thing u know. Reading is fun if you do it right for the right reason and most definitely not by forced. I'll talk about the topic later and it seems that autumn term is flying by a little fast than i expected. Today is already the 1st of December but i'm not sure if its already winter or still autumn but i can really feel the temperature dropping down recently. Winter is great for its snow and Christmas and all but one thing i'm not in favor of is the cold weather..oohh even if you just hang your hands of your coat, the chill really kills your guts..In another extend can't wait to feel the 2nd snow but yeahh thats the point right.. Lovely things do come in a quite painful manner like this one. Since winter is a term where we got quite numbers of holidays off due to Christmas celebration so my friends and i had decided to go on trips to both snowy places and not so snowy holiday destination..locally and internationally..hmmm i'll stop now for this time cos gotta finish job soon .. gotta finish typing this next time (^_^)

Not a Good Student Actually

Peace Be Upon You....

I only have class for one and a half hour today from 9 to 10.30. Heavenly revealed I only have 2 class this week a total of 4 hours. Most of the days of the weeks will be free days for me to spend on my own. The only bad thing lots of free days brings me is I was too lazy to move out of the house even to the library located 5 minutes walk from the house..i'm so bad that lots of my assignment are being procrastinated and the due date is ticking faster now. Arghhh..mase time suntuk nilah I was in bad mood missing family and soon. Feeling so bad that it feels like x boleh berfikir isi ape nk taip masuk dalam karangan. Tambah2 lg when I couldn't even meet my new born twin nephew back at home who's 46 days old now..wuwuwuwuu. Sebenarnya itu semua alasan nafsu malas godaan syaitan x nak bagi kita jadi mukmin yg berada d jalan yang benar. Hari ni pulak godaan syaitan sekali lagi mengalahkan sy sbbnya I got mad to one of my friend in class. I t suppose to a tutorial session on the assignment due next week and my tutorial fall on the day before the due date and suddenly the friend give me an option to me nanother friend to enter her group bcoz she couldn't find another person to get together with her to meet my lecturer today..that is not an option reallyyy?? And I was like wt* is this girl demanding me sedangkan i'm one of the group leader that suppose to attend at the exact date of tutorial..hmmm i was so mad like biting her nose off ..and behind that i was actually haven't finish the thing that my lecturer asked us to do which is to show him the first page of our assignment when we go meet him..thats the big reason why i got mad at my friend. Bad me..didn't finish work..and today too I didn't go to another tutorial session for another subject assignment. I was like..urrghh didn't think of yet any idea to write about and I actually very bad to escape from him..while he cancelled our class for today and tomorrow to give way for tutorial session..uuu I shouldn't be doing this again next time..must really get rid of this laziness and procrastination away..shuh shuh shuh.. Gonna be a good student next time..T__T

Sunday Afternoon Walk.

Peace Be Upon You...

It's a very shiny day when I woke up today...well not quite early to be frank. The sun shining gloriously through my room's only window at 11 and I couldn't help but to go out and have a walk around my University area. Since Zuhur prayer has come really early nowadays at 12.03 so I finished my bussiness first before heading downstairs to the kitchen to have brunch (since its already afternoon why not have a combine meal of breakfast n lunch all together right?) Nothing fancy., its just leftover iftar menu as I was fasting yesterday and off I go.. I started walking along the Student Accomodation Village where I am residing towards the road near the airport just 10meters away from my place. By the way, my Uni actually doesn't have a proper gate anyway as this is a very small college to begin with.

I started of at the University one and only sign..sighhh..this is the only label our university has.

This is the uni's hall where all locals were allocated. International students were allocated in the village where the environment is much more peace and calm hehe..

This is where I'm heading to..the Hospital located 10 minutes walking distance from my place. This is also the place where I always go to when I'm stressed with the life in the village. Not to meet the doctors but to take fresh air as the hospital has a beautiful surroundings and calm as well. Here at the hospital, there is one Malaysian doctor who have been working here for more than ten years i think and he's the one who always
be here with us when there are events or celebration such as Hari raya and what not.

There is also Medical school located in the same compound as the hospital.. but weird thing is I never seen any students coming or going into the building not only today as it is Sunday but other days too..hmmmm..

One of the hospital building but couldn't spot any sign on the building stating what building it is.

Here is the place where I usually go, in the morning or in the afternoon/evening. This place is actually a small area where the staffs from the hospital sit and have their snacks at. Usually there are few people sitting on the bench there but since today is a non working day, so the area is really quite and a bit lonely.

There is a small pond near the hospitals at the resting area I've told just now. It is just a small pond but the water in the pond is clean and breezy.

Running brooks beside the pond.
The running brooks reminds me of waterfall back in my hometown..its been a while since I last visited any waterfall though..miss the moment really.

Mr squirrel ran away when I went near him

This is my favourite spot where I used to sit everytime I came to this place. It is a place where we can sit under lots of trees and it is actually a bird watch area. Really like this spot bcoz it is facing the hospital building.. Awesome spot to read books as well.

This mr squirrel is really gatal coz at first he ran away from me then he came as near as 1 meter to see what  I'm eating ..hmmm

Even though autumn is already almost at the end, there are flowers who still gloriously blooming like this big bunch of Hydrangea.

The front view of the small pond
Sitting area near the pond
The whole hospital area can be seen from some part.

Another reason why i love to come to this hospital is that it has a park reserve right near the compound. It covers a huge area that I actually got lost when I first time explore the place with my friend last year. It has trails where walkers can follow but some of it seems like new trails and it is somehow confusing. Lots of people come here on weekend to train their dogs and I would avoid that days...

Beautiful yet mysterious trail

This is another place where I went today; Tamar Science park. Tamar is actually a name of company/developer. Lots of building and construction like bridge is named given after this Tamar. This park is really beautiful and caters lots of different building from different field..bussiness, medicals and etc.

There are lots of miniature sized apples grown in the park compound and I managed to pick few of them. Initially I really wanted to try it but got scared if I would actually die of poison apple instead..hahaha

The building is beautifully constructed
I don't know what this is but it looks like raspberry instead
Wild Blackberries ripens in late autumn

This is some of the wonderful things I found along my journey today...eventhough i'm just walking around here but I end up feeling so tired and right after I arrived home I dig in half a tub of ice cream...hahaha

Aidil Adha Without Family: Not That Bad

Peace Be Upon You...

Hope everyone that celebrate AidilAdha no matter where you are have a blessed and blast one. Hari ni saya sambut AidilAdha tahun kedua dengan jayanya bukan bersama keluarga, 11000km away from hometown where I was born..hehhe. Kalu fikir pasal fact kejauhan dgn family tu kadang2 terasa la jugak bibit kesedihan tu tp sebenarnye saya okay sje kat sini. With friends around me utk menceriakan hari saya, tak terasa sunyi ataupon bosan sebenarnye. Masa kawan2 lelaki takbir bersama kawan perempuan takbir tu terasa lah jugak sayunye tp okey lah lg, takdelah sampai menitiskan airmata..hehehe. Saya ni bukan yg jenis lembut hati sebenarnye, jd kalu pasal raya2 ni masih keras tak rase ape-ape. Tengok kawan2 yg berair2 mata tu kesian la plak dekat diorang. After solat, we had a small feast continuation of last night event which was raya celebration campur dgn Diwali sekali. The food that we have of course lah tak semeriah makanan yg we will definitely gobble when back in Malaysia. Apa-pun, we all very grateful sbb boleh bersama kawan2 yg sekapal beraya bersama. Then we had a small photography session sesama sendiri..ada plak yg bajet nk anta ke salam perantauan tahun depan la tu..aishhh. And that was my raya day, after all thing were finish went back to Village and wander around friends' houses pergi beraya la konon. Went back home at 12 noon solat zohor semuanya and tidur, pathetic sungguh. Semalam sebelum tidur sempat lagi call rumah tny pasal sambutan raya diorang and mum said everything was running smoothly as my brother was doing Akikah my little twin nephews. Hmm teringin jgk nk tengok muka budak2 kecik tu. Tengok melalui video call skype langsung tak jelas, kelabu asap aje. But thats okay lah cuz I'm planning of going back home next summer break so it shouldn't be a problem, but I'm gonna miss the time to play with them when they were very small lah...Kalu mcm tu kene ada anak sendirilah ye.hohoho.. Well thats all about my raya haji celebration  here in University College Plymouth Marjon, county of Devon, small but meaningful. And below are bunch of photos during last night and today, and gladly saying that I was lucky enough get a prize during cabutan bertuah event last night, weirdly this is the first time in my life to get a prize in lucky draw..huhuh (*_*)

So glad to receive a prize regardless whats inside the box

Aidil Adha berlatar belakangkan Autumn landscape..
SELAMAT HARI RAYA ADIDILADHA SEMUA..^_^

AidilAdha Family not Around

Peace Be Upon You...

This will be short writing on my AidilAdha that I will be celebrating tomorrow according to London time. Frankly I'm not that really somber over not to be able to celebrate with family, just a little sad in my heart. Wonder how ma ayah and the rest of the family will be celebrating it. Compare to other states in Malaysia, Kelantan did celebrate AidilAdha more gloriously than Aidilfitri for its event of Qurban where the whole family will gather together to witness the memorable event 'sacrificing'each year. Unfortunately for me, I never actually witness the animal being slaughtered as I was so weak when it comes to blood and everything relating to it. Aishhh. This year it will be another happiness added to my family as my brother just got twin baby boy around 3 weeks ago. Hmm come to think of it I feel a bit lonely here but no sweat as lots of friends will accompany me for the term over and guess what, I'm on the way to AidilAdha + Diwali celebration held in the Village right now. Thats all for now, I'll come back again for the entry of -post- AidilAdha feeling and celebration here in Plymouth and also back at home in Golden Sand. (^_^)

Cornwall: By for Now

Peace Be Upon You

Last Tuesday was the last day for me to attend school for School Experience. We don't necessarily to teach kids but being there as guest to observe how the educator educate and most importantly control and manage the class. Clichedly I can say I gained lots of new insights at the school. Basically the cultural barrier does explains it all but it was such a very cool and awesome experience to have. Being in school majority of not our people is something really awe-inspiring and fantabulous. I and my other 2 friends were surrounded by all British people not Malay are no where to be found there. It is uncanny to this but I felt nothing like a more comfortable place to be than this Richard Lander school. Though the journey there was gruesome and exhaustingly tiring but the experience there was worth the pain. For ur information, I'm residing in Devon and the school is located in Cornwall, a state away from me. Never mention the journey as it is painstakingly not a nice thing to say as I need to get up very early in the morning to start my journey but luckily my university provided a car complete with a cool mister driver. There; not only the view, the meadows, the huge windmill thats awesome but also the friendly and helpful staff. They welcomed us with a very warm welcome I can say. Especially my supervisor at the school, never I met a very energetic and enthusiastic person like Pete, regardless in his class or outside his class. I managed to complete all the task given by the lecturers and luckily there are not mountains of thing to do really..just a small bunch of questions relating to what I've learned in class. Every class I entered has left a special feeling to me, be it a Humanities, Geography, Religious Education, Math nor French, but unfortunately I didn't manage enter any class of my major study..sad a bit but thats ok coz every class kinda cover it all anyway. Well ..not all things are heaven really, there were kids who misbehave in class, so on and so all. I learned a lot from those teachers on how they manged students behaviourism and will try my best to apply in the Malaysian context in the future. One thing that I will never forget was, I managed to hold mini demonstration about Malaysia in lunch hour for two consecutive weeks and it was really awesome thing as lots of kids came gather around us to play congkak and willingly sacrificed their hands to be henna'd by us.. those lovely kids are cool and what a funny thing was that some students were addicted by the congkak game that they asked the tutor not to enter class during assembly as to play it. Nice thing. There is this story of this one boy that came to me suddenly at the end of the session asking about all those things that we were doing. He is quite a chubby kids in year 7 or 8 maybe didn't asked him bout that. He seemed shy and talk softly and kept on asking me on the name of the game and wanted to play it but unfortunately for him, girls conquered the game till the end. i have a quick conversation with him and it was sad for me to hear his wish to come to Asia but his family can't afford to come here. I asked him whats about Asia that makes him wanna go there.."I saw huge toy factories, lots of them in China, so I really wanna go there" Upon hearing this, it feels funny but yeah he's still a kid so nothing wrong with that isn't it? I promised him to bring the game again the next week but still he didn't manage to play it...poor him. He came late to the demonstration on the next week and missed the henna session...at the end of lunch hour when the bell rang he came to me with his mother's signature in his book showing that he was allowed to try the henna...owhhh so cute that little thing really. It was late and nothing that I could do for him especially the henna part coz it took quite a time to do it so I quickly drew a heart with vines on his hand for remembrance. I really wish to see that boy again before I left the school last tuesday but unfortunately I didn't meet him anyway. So sad. And lastly before we depart from the school my supervisor did gave me something that is gonna be a wonderful treasure of mine. Pete gave the three of us a mini Venetian Mask as he visited Venice last week on the term break. And how cool is he to visit Venice every year..lots of money spent there..hohoh..Although I've already have it on my own when I visited Venice earlier this year but as a present that s/one else gave was different. Sad to say that I didn;t wish to go there again for the tiring journey but deep in my heart I've grew fond of the school and the people in there. Well..we'll see what my lecturer will say for the next Spring term..huuuhhh

A Venetian Mask from Pete fresh from Venice

Out of The Blue: Food Quilt

Peace Be Upon You

Today is a gloomy day. Raining all day since 3am till late 5pm, whats more gloomy than this, plus the heavy wind and cold weather and dark surrounding from morning till night again..huuu. But still, if today wasn't this gloomy, I still won't go out of the house coz the weather starts going from cool to chilly nowdays. Biasalah winter sudah hampir menjengah tiba, jd suhu dah semakin menyejuk tp setakat ni ok lg sbb hari ni pon 14 celcius je. Not that chilly lah sebenarnye, haa nantilah tunggu winter ni bakal bekulah semua pon sampai air yg bertakung atas rubbish bin pon boleh korek kisar buat air batu campur hehehe. Today kebetulannya ialah monday and I took this opportunity to fast as subuh is getting latter and maghrib pon semakin awal, baik ambik peluang baik mase siang pendek ni utk puasa. Kalau hari2 biasa pon x makan sgt sebab since I live alone in the house, I don't really cook like the last time the 4 of us were together in a house we have daily cooking schedule so everyday we'll have meals together jd mmg terjagalah makan dan minum saya. I rarely cook nowdays and selalunye nasi satu pot boleh tahan sampai seminggu hehe atau sampai basi sbb dah lupa about the cooked rice and it will end up being fed to the bin instead. So memandangkan today I was fasting I cooked a meal for breakfast and hari ni saya perasan pandai memasak walaupun sbnrnye benda yg saya masak ni adalah benda paling senang nk masak dalam dunia hehhe...ini dia semua penghasilan hari ni (^_^)

Starts with the raw ingredients first, veggies; scallions, carrots, salmon small blocks and potatoes and mushroom are which not in the capture.

I grilled thickly sliced mushrooms and carrots, sprinkle some salt and drizzle a little bit of olive oil.

After a few minutes the colour will change and turned out like this, its not lovely but its okay..heee

Now the salmon turn pulak, before frying sprinkle some salt, pepper and coriander powder to season and remember to put some EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) Rachel Ray style..hihi

Apabila siap grillkan mushroom and carrot, letak atas pinggan ( already onplate is potato salad with scallion which I made earlier)

Then letak salmon yg dah masak

This the sauce in the making, I use half a small can of baked beans, heat it up and mash them a little to make thick bean sauce; no need to add extra flavour as the bean itself is already full of flavour.

Taadaaa..This is the end product
Caramel pudding as compliment

Crispy salmon with potato salad and slightly grilled mushroom and carrot topped with thick baked bean sauce, eat with a bowl of mushroom soup and end up with caramel pudding..hohoho

So this is my break-fast menu for today dan walaupun tak lah sesedap macam yg makan dekat restoran, tp sekurangnya boleh jimat duit saya yang tidak banyak duit ni hehehe..Alhamdulillah kenyang malam ni.
